We meet with a Ministry of Health director, and finally get a clear picture of the health care organization

In the morning, we meet with an amazing doctor of infectology at a public hospital of pediatrics.  She offers great insight into the health care system, as she came into Ecuador from a European country.  Plus we get to have the interview in English so we can all participate. 

After lunch, we head to the Ministry of Health.  After some confusion in finding the actual building, we have an amazing meeting with a director there.  He is very open about the organization, and we leave the meeting with satisfied grins.  What a great way to finish the trip.
