3:30 – 6:00 PM
Stanley Hall Atrium, UC Berkeley
Introducing UC Berkeley students of all levels and backgrounds to opportunities in Biotech and Medtech
Bio-Tech Connect is the “Not A Career Fair” of career fairs:
No speakers – no need to have an immediate job opening.
Just the top talent of UC Berkeley and local biotech employers at the largest biomedical industry event on campus
All levels and majors welcome.
Many companies are interested in interns AND in graduate-level employees.
A few attending companies:
Amyris, Bayer, BD Biosciences, Bio-Rad, Boehringer Ingelheim, Bolt Threads, Clara Foods, iRhythm, NextBiotics, Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Proteus Digital Health, Senti Bio, Synvivia, Varian Medical Systems, and MORE!
Hosted by the Department of Bioengineering and the Bioengineering Honor Society.
Local companies large and small will assemble for informal networking with UC Berkeley students of all levels and majors interested in biotech-related fields. This is a great opportunity to check out the fantastic talent that will shortly be on the job market and forge deeper connections with Berkeley’s top-ranked BioE department.
The greatest number of students will be advanced undergraduate and masters students, as well as some doctoral candidates, and many undergrads seeking internships. We encourage your company to consider sending a technical or management employee in lieu of / in addition to an HR recruiter, so they can share their perspective with students.
- one tall cocktail table, 2 barstools & tablecloth
- one campus parking permit

Suggested donation is $250 to cover event costs, free to startups that have not (yet) raised Series A funding..
Before the networking event, please join us at for a private mixer with the other attending company representatives and Berkeley Bioengineering faculty at 3:00pm.
