HES Sponsorship to the SHPE 2026 Conference

It’s that time of year…the SHPE 2026 Conference Sponsorship application for continuing students has just opened! This year, the conference will be from October 28th to 31st in Indianapolis, Indiana. Sponsorship covers the costs of transportation, lodging, and registration, as well as mandatory workshops in Fall 2026 to prepare for the conference. The application is due Sunday, May 24th at 11:59pm. Please read the details about eligibility and requirements. Submission is not a guarantee of sponsorship. Questions?
