At Out for Undergrad (O4U), we invite high-achieving LGBTQ+ undergraduates to our four, industry-specific conferences (Engineering, Tech, Marketing, and Business) where they learn to navigate the nuances of a diverse corporate climate. In providing them with these resources, we help transform their professional skills, careers, and ultimately lives.
