Thursday March 7
2:00 – 3:00 PM: graduate students
3:00 – 4:30 PM: undergrads + everyone
Stanley Hall Atrium, UC Berkeley
Introducing UC Berkeley students of all levels and backgrounds to opportunities in Biotech and Medtech. Bio-Tech Connect is the “Not A Career Fair” of career fairs. No speakers, no need to have an immediate job opening.
For students: registration is strongly recommended
Meet representatives from local biotech companies, large and small! All majors and levels welcome. Not a career fair – some will be hiring, some just want to meet you. Have your resume if you’re job searching and meet some awesome companies.
Registered students may opt to have their information and resume shared with attending companies.
Hosted by the Department of Bioengineering and the Bioengineering Honor Society.
UC Berkeley students of all levels and majors interested in careers in biotech and medtech are eager to meet companies large and small. We encourage your company to consider sending a technical or management employee in lieu of / in addition to an HR recruiter, to share their perspective with students.
We will be hosting a pre-event mixer specifically for you to meet graduate-level students who will be ready to collaborate or take on leadership roles. Get to know our outstanding PhD, MTM and MEng students in a casual environment from 2:00 – 3:00 before the fair kicks off.
Each company will have one round table, 2 bar stools or chairs, tablecloth, one campus parking permit, and a student ambassador to help with unloading, setup, etc. Registration is only $250. This event is free to Bioengineering Career Partner companies and to startups that have not (yet) raised Series A funding.
