Course work emphasizes fundamental mathematics and physics behind imaging modalities alongside engineering principles for design innovation. Subsequent career options range from application of pre-clinical imaging in pharmaceutical testing, to engineering of novel imaging devices and modalities, to research and application of emerging methodologies in clinical settings.
