Current job description:
Protein Fluidics is developing an automated microfluidic protein quantification platform. My role in the company as a Research Associate is to provide an interface between the different realms that need to be crossed to take our device to market, namely the biochemistry and the microfluidics.

The ability to communicate successfully with people of various backgrounds, as well as not being afraid to ask questions, give and receive feedback.
Berkeley Bioengineering enabled me, through hands-on research experience and by being able to take classes across different departments, to create a balanced profile, something critical for being constructive in a small start-up.
What is your ultimate career goal?
To become a good manager.
