Current job description:
I work on a minimally invasive heart valve repair device called the MitraClip. My role is to supervise a small group of quality engineers who support the manufacturing line, ensuring product quality and compliance. I am responsible for product manufacturing & complaint investigations, leading nonconformance prevention projects, and defining new product introduction practices.
What makes you good at your job?
Surrounding myself with smart, passionate people. Not being afraid to ask questions. Being detail-oriented and reminding myself that the quality of my work impacts the patients who receive the products I work on.
