April 2005
Marcio von Muhlen’s poster, A Piezoelectric Microjet for Drug Delivery won second place in the Spring 2005 Undergraduate Science and Engineering Poster Session today.
Fifteen other posters by engineering and science undergraduate researchers competed in this Spring’s session. Marcio, a graduating senior, is an old hand at poster competitions now.
This was the third win for posters on this project by Marcio and his lab partners, senior Laleh Jalilian and alumni Menzies Chen. They also won first place in the Fall Undergrad Poster session, and in the poster competition at the 2004 UC Systemwide Bioengineering Symposium, held at UC Irvine in June 2004.
