Bioengineering Assistant Professor John Dueber has received the U.S. Department of Energy’s Early Career Research Award. The award is given to outstanding researchers and funds their research for up to five years and $2.5 million.

March 2012 – UC Berkeley Bioengineering Ph.D. and B.S. alumnus Dino Di Carlo, now a bioengineering assistant professor at UCLA, has won the prestigious Young Investigator Award from the Office of the Navy.

Terry Johnson collects more teaching awards
May 17, 2011 Bioengineering Lecturer Terry Johnson has been recognized with the Spring 2011 Outstanding Instructor Award from the Bioengineering Honor Society. He was also awarded the 2011 Outstanding Faculty of the Year Award and named an Eminent Engineer by the Tau Beta Pi engineering honor society.
